Complete internal refurbishment of Grade B Listed pub and restaurant with letting rooms above. The bar to the front is listed and was retained with very minor alterations. The existing kitchen was moved to the rear and the accommodation was reconfigured to create a new large dining room and kitchen facilities. The upstairs accommodation was reconfigured with a change of use to create 3 new letting rooms.
